Project Scope: Provided a wide range of reception, office and medically related furniture and other services for a multifaceted health care provider operating in seven Midwestern cities. Projects have included the outfitting of the Cancer Center, Heart Center, and several physicians’ offices.

Fortune "50" Insurance Agency
Project Scope: Provided procurement, staging, delivery and installation of all components (i.e. furniture, equipment, accessories) for new agency offices of a major insurance company throughout the U.S. The Company’s work includes space planning and interior design as well as managing construction of interior walls and other improvements, as needed. Since 1997, W.M. Putnam has been outfitting new agent offices across the U.S. and over 4,000 offices have been installed in all 50 states.

Early Learning / Child Care Centers
Project Scope: Provided procurement, staging, delivery and installation of all interior components of new facilities for a major nationwide preschool operator. Each new school requires an estimated 5,500 separate line items of furniture, equipment items, books, toys, carpets, gymnasium equipment, infant care, kitchen equipment, and consumables (art and school supplies, office supplies, janitorial and kitchen supplies). Department of Defense
Project Scope: Provided procurement, staging, delivery and installation of all components for over 600 work stations in 10 buildings. W.M. Putnam’s work included space planning and interior design of twelve different office layout configurations. Putnam’s intense project management ensured that over 32 truckloads of interior components were delivered and installed within fifteen days. Total project time, from bid to completion, was just three months.

National Franchise
Project Scope: Provided procurement, staging, delivery and installation of most items required to open new franchise facilities as well as ongoing replenishment of consumable products required by network franchisees.
